We hope you are happy with your purchases from Scents Craft, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned to us in a perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we have received the return as we would love to sell the product again. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. Products must not have been opened and/or used (unless faulty).

Please ensure your return is properly packaged before returning it to us, we suggest using the box your order arrived in with the same fill we have used to send the order out. Please return it our warehouse at the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 days. 

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hour and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Please note, we can only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.

1. Promotion Period
   This offer is valid for a limited time only. Scents Craft reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

   • The BOGO offer applies only to purchases made online via the official Scents Craft website.

   • The offer is valid while stocks last.

3. How the Offer Works

   • For every one (1) qualifying perfume purchased, the customer receives one (1) additional perfume free.

   • The free item must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased item.

   • The free item must be selected during checkout. Scents Craft will not automatically add it after the order is placed.

4. Exclusions

   • The promotion does not apply to gift cards, bundles, previously discounted items, or custom orders.

   • Cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discount codes.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

   • No exchanges or refunds are allowed on Buy One Get One Free purchases, unless the product received is damaged.

   • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be unused and in original packaging.

   • If an exchange or refund is approved due to damage, both the purchased and free items must be returned.

6. Order Cancellations
   Cancellations can only be processed before the order has been shipped.

7. Shipping

   • Standard shipping rates apply unless stated otherwise.

   • Delivery times may vary depending on location.

   • Scents Craft is not responsible for courier delays.

8. Fraud or Misuse
   Scents Craft reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.
