In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. SA DELIVERY

Standard Delivery
R99.00     3-10 working days (Monday - Saturday)

Johannesburg Delivery

R120.00     1-2 working days (Monday - Saturday)

All other regions within SA

R99.00     5-10 working days (Monday - Friday)

 

Standard delivery is offered FREE for orders over R2000. Please note, offer applies automatically in checkout when the order value, after any discounts or promotions, equals R2000 or more.

We aim to process orders within 1-3 working days, although at busy times we may take slightly longer. If you need your order urgently just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your dispatch email, please do get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Scents Craft, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned to us in a perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we have received the return as we would love to sell the product again. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. Products must not have been opened and/or used (unless faulty).

Please ensure your return is properly packaged before returning it to us, we suggest using the box your order arrived in with the same fill we have used to send the order out. Please return it our warehouse at the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 days. 

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Please note, we can only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us. Such as your name, shipping address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computers internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
